Ordering Conditions
All orders must be placed by 48 hours prior to delivery or pickup. If you haven’t received a confirmation by return email, so we may attend to your order please phone Vibe Catering on 1300 721 228
Delivery/pick up
Free delivery in the Blacktown CBD, outside the area charges will be apply.
Pick up can be made if required which can be picked up from Vibe expresso/catering establishment is located on ground floor at Max Webber Library 61 Flushcombe rd. Blacktown (opposite Blacktown City Council)
Parking located underneath café establishment on Level B1
Cancellations
Must be made via email correspondence 48 hours prior to delivery/pickup otherwise the total value of your catering will be charged
For orders greater then $200 we will require a 30% deposit unless prior arrangements have been authorised through Vibe Catering’s management
Payment Methods and Terms
Payment is accepted by;
EFT, American express, Master Card, Visa Direct Debit, Business Cheque and Cash.
Delivery times
Vibe catering will deliver/pick up between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Broken or lost equipment
All lost or broken equipment will be on-charged at customers expense.
